Chemical composition inspection
(1) According to SY / T6194-96. The casing and its coupling are of the same steel grade. Sulfur content <0.045%, phosphorus content <0.045%.
(2) Take chemical analysis samples according to GB222-84. Chemical analysis was carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB223.
(3) American Petroleum Institute ARISPEC5CT1988 first edition. Chemical analysis was performed according to the latest version of ASTME59, and chemical analysis was performed according to the latest version of ASTME350.
Oil casing is a steel pipe used to support the wall of oil and gas wells to ensure the normal operation of the entire oil well during the drilling process and after completion. Each well requires several layers of casing depending on different drilling depths and geological conditions. After the casing is run down, cement cementing is required. It is different from the tubing and drill pipe and cannot be reused. Therefore, the consumption of casing accounts for more than 70% of all oil well pipes.
The casing can be divided into: conduit, surface casing, technical casing and oil casing.
Petroleum special pipe is mainly used for drilling of oil and gas wells and transportation of oil and gas. It includes petroleum drilling pipe, petroleum casing, and sucker pipe. Oil drill pipe is mainly used to connect drill collar and drill bit and transmit drilling power. Oil casing is mainly used to support the borehole wall during and after drilling to ensure the drilling process and the normal operation of the entire oil well after completion. The sucker pipe mainly transports oil and gas from the bottom of the well to the surface.
Oil casing is the lifeline to maintain oil well operation. Due to the different geological conditions and the complex state of the downhole force, the combined effects of tensile, compressive, bending, and torsional stresses act on the pipe body, which places higher requirements on the quality of the casing itself. Once the casing itself is damaged for some reason, it may lead to reduced production of the whole well or even scrap.
According to the strength of the steel itself, the casing can be divided into different steel grades, namely J55, K55, N80, L80, C90, T95, P110, Q125, V150 and so on. Different well conditions and depths also use different steel grades. In a corrosive environment, the casing itself is also required to have corrosion resistance. Where geological conditions are complex, casing is also required to have anti-collapse performance.
Saigao API 5CT casing pipe is used to support the oil and gas pipe wall, and to ensure the drilling process and the post-completion wells normal operation. Each well depending on the depth of drilling and geological conditions, to use several layers of casing. After cementing casing to be used to go down, it different from tubing, drill pipe and can not be reused, a one-time consumable materials. Therefore, the casing consumption accounts for over 70% of all the oil well pipe. According by usage can be divided into the sleeve pipe, surface casing, casing and production casing.

Surface treatment: fusion bond epoxy(FBE) coating,coal tar poxy,3PE,vanish coating,bitumen coating,black oil coating as per customer’s requirement .
Testing: Chemical Component Analysis, Mechanical Properties (Ultimate tensile strength, Yield strength, Elongation), Technical Properties (Flattening Test, Bending Test, Blow Test, Impact Test), Exterior Size Inspection, Hydrostatic Test, X-ray Test,etc.
Application:steel casing pipe is widely used for fastening oil and gas well wall or bore hold,with bigger diameter than tubing pipe,including surface casings,technical casings and oil layer casings.
Packing: Bare/bundles/crates/crate protection at the both sides of tubes or as per customers’ requirements.

· a.The carbon content for L80 may be increased up to 0.50% maximum if the product is oil-quenched.
· b. The molybdenum content for Grade C90 Type 1 has no minimum tolerance if the WT is less than 17,78mm.
· c.The carbon content for R95 may be increased up to0.55% maximum if the product is oil-quenched.
· d.The molybdenum content for T95 Type 1 may be decreased to 0.15% minimum if the WT is less than 17,78mm.
· e. For EW Grade P110,the phosphorus content shall be 0.020% maximum and the sulfur content 0.010% maximum
